An offer to the people of Gaza from the two war criminals who have bombed Gaza to hell and made Gaza a ruin  –  You give us everything. We stop bombing.

1 You must release all 48 Israeli hostage within 72 hours.

2 In return we hold 6,200 Palestinian hostages. That is Palestinians detained indefinitely and without charge. We agree to release 1,950 hostages including all the women and children that we hold.

3 All your weapons must be destroyed. You will understand that we can never allow you to think of disagreeing with the Israeli organised administration, or fighting back, so all your weapons must be handed in and destroyed.

4 On the other hand, Israel must remain secure so we will keep all our weapons and add to them at any time we feel a desire to do so.

5 Administration. Recently you have failed to administer Gaza properly. People who show they dislike Israel (Hamas) are not fit to administer or govern a territory and they must agree not to try to take part in the running of Gaza. This is not a time for democratic choice. We will choose competent people to run the territory – dustbin collection, hospitals, schools, police, justice – make sure food doesn’t get into the wrong hands, that sort of thing.

Above local government will be a sort of parliament or committee whose members will be chosen by us. Donald will be the president and our friend, Tony, will be the prime minister. This is just a temporary measure until we judge that the Palestinian Authority has been reformed – that is until they have purged it of people who do not like Israel. We will judge when this task has been completed and then The Palestinian Authority can assume proper governance.

6 We have a resort “miracle city” development plan which will attract foreign investors. The price of land will be attractive. They will take their profits home of course, but many jobs will be created for Palestinians – electricians, gardeners, office staff, receptionists, that sort of thing. Palestinians will reap big benefits. They really will.

7 Freedom to leave or remain. Everyone who admits he or she does not like Israel (Hamas) will be free to leave Gaza, and good riddance. But they may stay if they promise to feel warmth and friendship towards Israel.

8 Security. The Israeli army (IDF) will need to remain for a long time. We will create an ISF – an International Stabilisation Force. This will control your borders and train suitable right thinking people for an armed police force. As this new force becomes established we will be able to withdraw the Israeli army, but only as far as the perimeter fence surrounding Gaza.

If you agree to let us take over Gaza as outlined above then we will agree

• not to bomb you any more

• and agree that food, water, electricity supplies will be allowed to flow back into Gaza

• you may not return to your homes as large areas are to be set aside for re-development, but tented accommodation provides good, all-weather protection.

You give us Gaza, give us complete control, and hand over all the hostages and we will stop bombing you.
