The UK town of Seaford and the chalk cliffs known as Seaford Head
The ferry from France was approaching Newhaven harbour. Arriving home from our holiday we were greeted, as the sun was setting, with this view of Seaford and Seaford Head which we had enjoyed walking up so many times. In the warm evening sunlight and with views of the Downs beyond the picture to the left, England looked beautiful, peaceful and at rest.
